This balsamic date vinaigrette is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy, and tastes like a decadent dressing you’d have on a fancy restaurant salad.
ingredients
5 medjool dates, roughly chopped
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
⅓ cup water
1 small shallot, roughly chopped
1 tsp dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp granulated garlic
method
Add all ingredients to a blender + blend on high until dressing is smooth and creamy
Scrape down sides
If you prefer a thinner dressing, add a tablespoon at a time of water until you reach your desired consistency
Pour onto your salad + enjoy!
