Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients
3-4 ripe but firm avocados
½ red onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Lime, juiced
3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
1 Jalapeno, diced
1 tbsp flaked sea salt
Method
Slice avocados in half, remove pit + scoop into bowl
Mash avocados with form to desired texture
Add remaining ingredients and stir
Taste and add more salt + lime if needed
Serve + enjoy!
