1 cup gluten-free flour of choice
½ cup Hemp Yeah! Protein Powder
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp sea salt
1 egg
1 ¼ cups oat milk (sub for other milk alternative or dairy milk of choice)
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Fruit, nuts, or maple syrup for topping (optional)
method
Stir dry ingredients together then create a well in the middle.
Add milk, egg and oil to dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
Heat lightly oiled pain over medium heat, scoop about a ¼ cup batter into pan for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on top (2-4 min), flip and repeat until golden brown.
Top with fruit, nuts, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
