ingredients
2 cups pomegranate or cranberry juice
2 cups water
½ cup Elderberry Grove syrup
8 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
3 star anise
1 orange, sliced
method
Add all ingredients to a large sauce pan and bring to a low boil on medium-high heat.
Turn heat to low and steam for 20-30 minutes or up to 1 hour.
Strain to remove orange slices + spices.
Pour into your favorite mug and add garnish.
