5 thin slices ginger
2 cloves garlic
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup orange juice
⅓ cup lime juice
¼ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup maple syrup
¼ cup toasted sesame oil
1 – 1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
method
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and pulse until smooth.
