Seeds of one fresh pomegranate
2 fresh Anjou or Bosc pears, cored and diced
Half a red onion, thinly diced
½ cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of half a lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips, or enjoy on a baguette with your choice of soft cheese.
