ingredients
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup crushed cashews
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup hemp seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
½ cup honey
½ cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
⅓ cup dried cranberries or raisins
method
In a large bowl mix rolled oats, crushed cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, sea salt, honey and melted coconut oil together. Stir to blend and incorporate ingredients together
Spread evenly on a baking tray. Make sure not to make your batch too thick on the tray
Bake until golden for 20-25 minutes at 350ºF
Add in your dried cranberries, stirring evenly.
