blueberry protein smoothie with greens

Smoothies are a great way to bring your favourite flavours together and are an easy way to sneak extra nutrients into your day. Customize your smoothie to deliver more than just your daily dose of fruits + veg with protein powders and super foods.

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup milk (or milk alternative of choice)
½ frozen banana
½ cup spinach or kale leaves
1 scoop of your preferred protein powder (hemp, rice, whey or peas)
Optional: mushroom powder, greens powder or berry powder for extra vitamins and minerals

Add all ingredient in your blender until you get a smooth consistency. You can add vitamins and minerals to your smoothie in the form of mushroom powder, greens powder or berry powder.
