get ready for a new online shopping experience

We have recently made some big improvements to our online shop which we are excited for you to try. Our focus has been on making sure your experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible, so here are some changes you can expect to see once we've completed the update. 

• Same Day Pickup
• Need something for dinner tonight? We are now offering same day pickup and delivery! Order any time before 5pm and we will have your groceries ready in 2 hours. Any orders placed after 5pm will be available for pickup after 10am the following day.
• Same Day Delivery
• We have partnered with Driver G to offer same-day delivery services within the City of Nelson and as far out as the North Shore. Delivery is $12.50 plus tax, and if you place your order before 5pm you will receive your groceries the same day!
• Expanded Catalog
• We’ve added almost our entire product list to the online shop. We are working on adding in a few Wellness brands, and in the meantime you can now find the same products you know and love in-store, online!
• Add To List
• You can now save all your favorites to lists, making repeat ordering a breeze.
• Substitutions
• Pick Replacement - Once you'd added an item to your cart, you can browse through our catalogue of similar products and select what you'd like us to add in case of any out of stocks.
• Best Match - Like the Pick Replacement feature, but you can leave the browsing up to us! If we're out of stock on the item you ordered, we'll find the next best thing and add it to your basket.
• Track Your Order Progress
• Forgot something? Now you can edit your order up to the minute we start shopping it! Simply go to the Orders page while logged in and browse your most recent orders to make adjustments, track your order, or reorder a previous shop.
• Improved Filters and Sorting
• If you have preferences when you shop, like organic products only, you can now filter and sort to help you save time and find just what you are looking for. For example, if you want only organic sweets, head to the Snack & Treats section of the Grocery department and click on the organic option to filter for exactly what products you are looking for.

We hope you enjoy the new site and it makes getting your groceries just that little bit easier! 

As this is a new online shop platform, we are unable to transfer your current account details to the new site. You will have to create a new account. The good news is that sign up is quick and easy and there is no waiting period for account approval. Once you make your new account, you'll be able to place an order right away. When making your account, please note that the user information must match that of the member-owner on file. If you are a secondary user listed on the account, you can still be the primary contact for online shopping, but the log in details must match our in-store database so that we can match your online transactions to the correct member account.

This online shop is for you, and we want to make sure it offers what you need. We are working on a mobile app and the opportunity to expand delivery to communities further out from Nelson. If this is something you’d like, or have other suggestions please let us know! 

As we complete the update, there may be some lapse in service and the website may be unavailable. We will do our best to minimize the outage and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
