protein energy ball

ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
¼ cup hemp hearts
¼ cup hemp protein
½ cup pumpkin seeds
1 scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food
¼ cup honey
½ cup nut butter of choice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2-3 Tbsp water or milk alternative
Dark chocolate chips (optional)

method
Combine oats, hemp seeds, hemp protein, pumpkin seeds and greens in a food processor and process until finely ground.
In a microwave or on the stove top warm and stir to combine honey, nut butter,
and vanilla. Pour honey mixture into food processor and process until well combined. Add water or milk by the tablespoon and pulse until wet enough for mixture to stick together.
Add chocolate chips if using and pulse a few times to mix. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
