2 cups grated green or red cabbage
1 apple grated
2 green onions diced (or thinly sliced yellow onion - use what you have on hand!)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime juiced
Added all ingredients to mixing bowl, pour lime juice over and massage with your hands to blend flavours
Use as a topping for tacos or burritos. It's that easy!
